Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service or for periods where your account was unused.

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by going to your account settings. All of your content will be deleted from our servers when you cancel.

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. You grant us permission to use your data only to provide the service to you.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our service with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of scheduled maintenance.

We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with these terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
